severe weather and dumb behavior

Nothing says "bizarre weather" better than tornado warnings on a fifty-five degree day in the middle of January.

Nothing says "inefficient" better than an emergency plan that requires employees to go OUTSIDE in the middle of a campus alert for possible tornados.

Thankfully, the thunderstorm line passed through quickly and unremarkably.
