Why I like driving the Jersey turnpike...

...because when the state trooper pulls up behind you while you're doing 20 over (yikes!), he wants to pass you, not pull you over. (whew...sigh of relief!!)

I had a similar experience last night, as a motorcycle cop pulled up next to me. After I finally realized that it was a cop on the bike, I saw how fast I was going and slowed down a bit. He gave up on pacing me and moved on down the highway. Phew!
