I'm so spoiled!

My friends are so good to me. I received this floral arrangement from my friend Bart on Friday, congratulating me on my upcoming promotion...isn't it beautiful?!

This flower in particular is absolutely stunning...but I have no idea what it is! Are there any florists out there who could enlighten me?
